Now that I understand the production process (made to order) and its origin, it all makes sense. The product is top-notch. Patience is key—it's actually quite a quick process for something made to order from Eastern Europe. It took 30 days for delivery for me. High-quality product.
The mockup approval came quickly. The shipment tracking was very detailed. The packaging for international shipping was slightly inadequate, and the box arrived damaged, but the product itself was unharmed. It looks great and is exactly as shown in the mockup. I can't wait to display it.
The custom car matched the photo I provided perfectly. A proof was sent for my approval. The dimensions were exactly as stated on the website. Although shipping took a bit longer than expected, I received updates throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the quality and would order from them again.
I ordered a medium-sized custom piece, and the customer service was outstanding. They quickly reached out to get the mockup approved and started production. It was shipped overseas promptly and packaged very well. It looks amazing and is the ideal Christmas gift for our son. I can't wait to see it displayed. Highly recommend!
