I HAVE APPROVED EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THEY PRESSURED ME TO CONTACT MY DOCTOR FOR AN "UPDATED" OFFICIAL LETTER. LAST I REMEMBER MEDICAL ISSUES PERSIST NOT GO AWAY!UPDATE: 03/31/2023Those details were not expressed to me. The customer service agent of PetScreening and the overwhelming documentation to assist the leasing office about my service animal had me spend more money I did not have due to inflation cost and the low end pay California employers had given me for a blue collar position. In any case, you are directly responsible for manipulating my actions to leave the state, and terminate my lease. I was living happily with compliance to federal and state laws. Then to force someone to seek out further medical attention after the facts have been stated to stretch out my pockets was a huge red flag. You ought to be sued and prosecuted for harming the welfare of my family home.

Required with my application

I submitted my Psychiatrist note prescribing my ESA, my therapist and psychiatrist phone numbers, etc. They are still delaying. I keep getting canned requests to submit more information. I asked if they even read what was submitted. I received a template response. I went on their site and online, no where to find a phone number to speak to a person. Delay, hide and get paid by landlords. SMH

There is absolutely no way this 3rd party app has any reviews with 5 stars. Gotta love a 3rd party app that pays people for 5 star reviews. This 3rd party app is violating HIPPA laws, and lying when a fair housing investigator contacts them for evidence. I have filed suit against this illegitimate 3rd party app. You have discriminated against the wrong person. Excited to have my brother (fraud attorney) make you pay for what you have done to my elderly mother! It is none of your business what my elderly mothers disability is, when you are NOT her doctor, and you do NOT have ANY rights to her medical diagnostics. This has been going on since 2/1/2022, yet I am not able to put this date in as it has been longer than 12 months.

I have had to wait a week for this service to review 1 document. What a hack. Had to delay moving in twice now. It's 2022 how many people does it take to read a letter? If you use this service, plan on waiting a while.

Pointless and out of compliance with…

Pointless and out of compliance with email SPAM rules... There was no reason for my landlord to make me pay these people money, and they provided ZERO services to me for the price... Then on top of everything else when complaining about being out of compliance and spamming me constantly, they wanted a review... so here it is.Follow up after their reply: I was forced to accept their service and privacy policy in order to avoid be displaced from the home I already lived in for 2 years. This company sold a service my property manager. It probably didn't cost my landlord anything. Of course, it seems appealing to the property manager if the cost could be pawned off on renters. Who is going to want to do work when they can have someone else do the work for free? but at it's core, who even needed this crappy service in the first place? Not me... Shame on you for working for a business like that, shame on the founders for creating a business, and shame on your sales people for their attempts to create problems for renters.
