Excellent service - Helpful and polite at all times.

Helpful phone line for advice prior to ordering. Order delivered the following day. Box had been damaged in transit and a bolt fell out of the hole in the box when delivered. Contacted PF Jones and asked what I should do. No problem, open the box and if anything is damaged or missing we'll replace it. Luckily, no parts damaged or missing. The Tow bar was extremely heavy so I wasn't too surprised to find the box damaged.
