Bought an Eleglide M2.
Be aware that it is a Chinese bike, which is reflected in the price and probably also in the quality. It rides well with good traction and is easy to handle. However, I have noticed after riding it for about a month that the chain constantly rusts, the rear tire 'bounces,' and the rear cassette (the 7 gears) runs somewhat unevenly (bounces). I have been in contact with Eleglide, who respond immediately with solutions. However, I don't think it can be fixed.

At first very bad (no possible) communication with the delivery company FedEx!!! Luckly our neighbours were so kind to recieve!We took a day off to recieve the delivery but NOTHING came as was planned by FedEx! The package came a day later!!!! No possible communication with FedEx, we only could have contact with a stupid chat-bot!!Update: Eleglide responded quickly to our review about FedEx and apologized. We are very satisfied with both the product and the communication with Eleglide!
I needed a replacement part for my Eleglide ebike. The part I needed was out of stock on the website, so I got in touch with Eleglide by email. They informed me they were "expediting restocking" and would not say any more than this, despite multiple emails asking for more information. Eventually, after several weeks of being unable to use my bike, they said they could send me a replacement part from one of their domestic warehouses in China. The part is now on its way to me.I'm relieved that they have finally done what was needed to resolve my problem, but frustrated that it took so long. If they could agree to dispatch a part from China after several weeks, presumably they could have done so earlier.Kaylee at Eleglide was unfailingly polite.
Was Afraid the delivery times would be long from Poland to cavan. But it was quicker than anticipated ( due 3 Nov ) got it 29th of October ordered online 22nd of October. 💯 on delivery e bike was perfect. Took while to get together but all worth it.
