The quality of the product is good but comparable to many other companies. The customer service is poor, and I would advise against engaging with the company. My item got lost in transit, and when I requested a refund after ordering a replacement elsewhere, they initially claimed it had been delivered and provided a tracking number for a different package. After pointing this out, they insisted I had supplied the wrong address. I clarified that was incorrect and reiterated my request for a refund, but they sent a replacement without consent. I've given up on obtaining a refund as it seems unlikely. I recommend customers seek alternatives.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company! I ordered a product, the magical phone grip, which arrived promptly. However, it has never worked, regardless of my attempts to charge it or follow their suggestions. They refuse to refund me or rectify the situation, so be cautious. This is simply unacceptable!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I was speaking to customer service for advice on a second purchase and honestly it was like speaking with a teenager. I asked for advice on a shoulder strap and was sent a link for a backpack strap, when I explained the error they replied “well don’t buy it then” SO RUDE, I will not purchase from this company again
Reached out to customer service to initiate a return within the timeframe allowed by the policy. Customer service took over a week to provide me with information. I had to email several times to get an answer that addressed my concern. Ultimately, they told me “you will need to pay for a very expensive shipping fee, which is not cost-effective for you” and said they would offer me a $30 refund (on a $120) product and told me to keep the product. If you want to buy from this company, buy from their Amazon storefront to avoid the poor customer service.
