Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial enquiry to finishing the installation I couldn't fault Jessie and the team. I had a family bereavement after the survey was undertaken and they gave me the space and time to deal with that before making contact again. All my questions were answered before the installation - and I had quite a few! Jessie even came out especially to undertake a site visit to help understand my expectations. On the installation day the entire team worked incredibly efficiently and got the job completed in a morning. Every aspect was completed neatly and the equipment positioned exactly where I had requested. Jessie even commissioned a separate worker to come and remove and subsequently replace slabs so that cabling could be hidden by running underneath. Since then Jessie has made himself available to promptly respond to further questions from me about how best to use the app. He had previously told me but I just needed reminding. Phase Energy also provided a helpful 'cheat sheet' to set out key features. I became an avid viewer of the app, keen to review our energy generation, usage and export. More recently I simply note how much I spend on my electricity bill each day. Occasionally it is one or two pennies more than the standing charge! Thank you Phase Energy. I just wish I'd done this sooner. If there was one thing I might have changed it would possibly be to have got a bigger battery from the outset. However, the one we have stores more than enough to provide all we need overnight and I am aware that I can add another battery at any time.
I’m clueless when it comes to solar and I can honestly say that these guys guided me through the whole process perfectly.Everyone I dealt with was Brilliant so much so phased Energy will be fitting out another of my poultry building’s with another 50+ panels of solar and battery storage. 👍👍
Really bespoke service, friendly team and dealt quickly and fairly with all the challenges we had including running building work concurrently and ensuring the install was very neat and how we wanted it. We went for 16 panels & Powerwall and couldn't be more pleased, it's simple to use and saving me money.
Initial contact and survey was perfect and couldn’t fault. Explained everything to me clearly and asked me what I want to achieve from my solar install. Unfortunately from there on it went down hill. Quote arrived and accepted. Deposit paid and install date set. Wasn’t informed of when scaffolding would be arriving until the day before the verbal install day, I contacted to check it was still happening as had nothing in writing to confirm. Scaffolding was erected, guys came to install the panels on the roof the next day (can’t fault the 2 guys that turned up) but was told the electrician would not be coming and would be delayed by a day. That’s fine these things happen next day arrives and a phone call to say the electrician won’t be arriving again (2 days of work I had to miss). 3rd day electrician arrives and completed the install. Placing the batteries where I wanted them but blocking an outdoor socket in the process, rather than mounting the battery 2 inches higher to clear the socket or moving the socket an inch. Installation was completed. No completion pack sent and I had to constantly chase for it. To be told every time I contacted that it would be with me “tomorrow” giving different excuses each time. Nearly 2 months later at it finally arrived. Certainly doesn’t feel me with confidence to use again in the future.
Really good experience with Phase energyI had been let down by another company at the designing stage for my solar due to some of our roof being a little tricky. However phase energy came up with a really good design and the install was really smooth. the installers were extremely friendly & helpful. We were also very impressed with the initial home visit to discuss our usage and solar needs too. Since the installation we’ve had some great weather, our daily electric charge has now become our weekly monthly charge. We are absolutely thrilled with the results !!We may look to install a second battery in the future and won’t hesitate to call phase energy again for the install. Many thanks.
Awesome experience. Contacted Jesse at Phase Energy through a door to door marketing leaflet. Jesse's followed up regularly after providing a competitive quote, whilst I was trying to sort out the finance through my mortgage. Once that was sorted, installation date was agreed ( within 2 weeks) and the installation itself was conducted by some amazing, experienced tradesmen who did the job in half a day. Great company, great service!!!
We had been thinking about installing solar on our home for many years, we have had quite a few quotes in the past, but no one had made us feel quite so safe and looked after as Phase Energy. Phase Energy approached us in early December, provided a same day quote and we were off to the races. They listened to our concerns, happily answered all questions from our tenants.The whole process took less than 2 months from initial quote, and that was with a delay on our part for the works.Our install was for 42 panels on an Cement Asbestos roof, the install was completed incredibly quickly but also to an very high standard. It felt like there was an entire army on site, but orchestrated perfectly by Phase Energy!I could not recommend Phase Energy enough, we were probably not the easiest of customers to deal with, but we felt looked after and listened to the entire time.
