Despite receiving a text from them confirming their arranged visit at the beginning of the week they failed to show . Thereby wasting my time waiting in for them . When I rang them they advised they would check the appointment and call me back. There was no call back that day . All in all ,a very amateurish company with no organisation or respect for possible customers. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
I recently had a solar panel system and a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final commissioning, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Very good info on product and helpful to design the system we required. Very quick to install the system and a very nice team of installers and office staff. They have been very helpful and their aftercare has been great too. The system works better than we expected as we have now had it for a year. I would definitely use them again.
The customer service offered by Phase Energy was of the highest order. Their understanding of our needs led to a very informative proposal and the installation was completed in a day with no problems. They have also kept in touch after the installation to check on progress and answer queries
We had solar panels and battery installed at our property in East Sussex by phase Energy last October, we were very pleased with the install and service after install. The installation team were very professional and courteous. The system is running as described a year after install. We highly recommend the company.
