This company is a scam. My insurance went up because they said I had a safety violation. I don’t even have any tickets at all and then when you try to call the company you can’t get anyone. This company is a scam and it’s causing my insurance to go up.
We are currently seeking legal counsel regarding the issues we've encountered. LexisNexis acquires individuals' information from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), or potentially the DMV provides it to them; regardless, insurance companies utilize LexisNexis data to determine automobile insurance rates. My wife was involved in an automobile accident for which she was not at fault. There were no claims, no injuries, and no damages reported. Subsequently, our insurance premium increased from $900 to $1500 bi-annually. Upon contacting our insurance provider for clarification, we were advised to dispute the incident with LexisNexis to have it removed from their report, which would then impact our premium. This occurred two months ago, and we have yet to receive a response regarding this matter. We perceive this situation as fundamentally unjust. We believe this constitutes an exploitative practice, and we fully intend to engage legal representation to explore the possibility of initiating a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all individuals similarly affected. It is illogical for our premiums to escalate from $900 to $1500 bi-annually without any legitimate basis. Attempts to dispute this have been unsuccessful, as we have been unable to reach a representative, and our calls and emails have gone unanswered. Consequently, we are now pursuing direct action to resolve this issue.
I am very perplexed as I had never encountered this service until today. I received an email from a major insurance provider this morning regarding my application for car insurance. The message indicated that my coverage was denied due to negative credit reporting from a third-party agency. I researched the agency, and the reviews were overwhelmingly negative, mostly one-star ratings. It appears contacting them is futile, as no one seems to get a response. My credit score is over 830, and I always pay my bills on time. Being 83 years old, this situation has caused me considerable distress. My question is, why does this service continue to operate and engage in what seems to be illegal practices?
I am quite perplexed, having never heard of this service until today. This morning, I received an email from a major insurance provider regarding my application for car insurance, stating that my coverage was denied due to negative credit reporting from a third-party agency. After researching the agency, I found that the reviews were predominantly one-star ratings. It seems reaching out to them is pointless, as no one appears to respond. My credit score exceeds 830, and I consistently pay my bills on time. At 83 years old, this situation has caused me significant distress. I wonder why this service continues to operate while seemingly engaging in illegal practices.
Our firm subscribed to a legal AI tool after being assured it would be transformative. Instead, it has proven to be unreliable and inaccurate. The tool produces non-existent case law, forcing attorneys to verify citations manually. Despite its high cost, it fails to meet our needs. During a recent meeting, management acknowledged our concerns but refused to let us cancel or reduce costs, binding us to a contract until 2028. This experience showcases excellent marketing but poor execution, prioritizing long-term contracts over customer satisfaction. I advise any law firm to carefully consider their options before committing.
The service's alternative scoring appears to unfairly target women, leading to higher interest rates. Factors like marital status and property assessments seem to be used against individuals, making this service feel like a scam. The claims of a complicated algorithm seem to mask deceptive practices.
I have faced harassment through my car insurance and loans, with inaccurate information being used against me. I never subscribed to this service, yet they possess my information without consent. Their marketing practices are unethical.
