I noticed this site and many others, (which I now find are all one company) EZEPIX LTD on the official UK government Companies House website. Using names like PicMagic and PicMuse - registered office in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex. It was previously known as FLOW FORGE LTD. They are dishonest in their business practices. You’ll notice that they offer an inexpensive—just 10p to try it out and you can purchase credit. You might think, “That's only 10p; I'll give it a go and see if it's worthwhile, and if it's any good, I will then buy more credit. There's no login or account creation needed; you're just trying it out. Great!I received my picture back in one minute. It didn’t look bad, but it wasn’t great either. Oh well, it was only 10p, so I decided to move on. However, within a few days, I noticed a charge of £49.90 made by a company called "Erasepix International"! I also noticed this is not just 1 payment of £49.90, but this will be taken monthly!! That's a staggering £598.80pa if you do not cancel -BEWARE PEOPLE!!! - How to cancel is explained below.*I want to emphasise that there was NO ACCOUNT, NO LOGIN, NO SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, and NO OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE. If there were any such agreements, they were certainly not made clear to anyone, as evident from the reviews. For clarification, for anyone who does make this mistake, remember to remind them of the law.“UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, including subscriptions, starting from when the contract is made, or goods received, allowing for cancellation and refunds”*NOTICE FOR YOU CAUGHT OUT SUBSCRIBERS: If you want to cancel your subscription, please visit their website and click on the "Pro" section (now designated for subscribers - top right-hand corner). From there, go to the "Membership Plan" option to ensure you are unsubscribed. If needed, you can also contact your bank and inform them about the situation.This situation needs to be addressed, and I recommend that you consider changing your company name again, as this has been reported to the fraud department. It is a clear mis-selling tactic aimed at extracting money from people.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! AVOID any of the companies mentioned!
Paid 10c for one photo so I could see what they produced. Was charged 10c TWICE and the download was covered in watermarks. Many emails, no money returned I put in a complaint to my bank and blocked these people. TOTAL SCAM!
Its a trick you buy a 0.10€ service and the following day your are charge 49,90.How to solve that. Cancel immediatly pro membership then ask to be refund ed According to online buts law (14 days in Europe) to picmuse. Then the exchange email with your bank requested the refund. Took me on week.
