Review Time
My experience mirrors the negative reviews. Initially charged 10p, then suddenly locked into a £49 subscription the next day. I contacted them via email and they offered a 50% refund plus a month of app use before canceling. I declined and sought a full refund through PayPal, which was resolved quickly. Be cautious.
This company is fraudulent. I was asked to pay 10p for one photo, and the next day, a subscription was set up with PayPal, resulting in an unauthorized charge of £49.90. No prior information was provided about this payment, and the company is utterly unhelpful.
Total con tried it for one photo and paid 10p the next day i was billed £49.99 and an email saying my trial subscription had ended .What trial subscription it didnt say anything about any subscription . Ive cancelled and hopefully they refund the money they emailed to say it had been cancelled and no payment will be taken but then they sent a further email asking for my email address payment detail and paypal account sent via screenshot well they obviously already have these details to of took payment in the 1st place .Scammers come to mind avoid at all costs . Have since offered to pay back half the money and continue with the rest of the subscription for this period thinking this is ok . I have reported to paypal
PICMUSE - SCAM -DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITEI thought to be getting an opportunity to restore a photo of family with a .20cent charge. It wasn't done well anyway, very blurry. Since December 2025 they pull a rate of €49 from my Pay Pal account. Don't use this website, cybercrime robbing people beyond borders.
