Very disappointed — wrong and poor quality jacketI ordered the Ryan Potter Titans Bomber Jacket from this site, but what I received was not the jacket I ordered. The material feels cheap and the quality is far below the product photos on their website. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. They haven’t offered a real solution or refund yet.Other customers have reported similar problems with incorrect items, poor quality, and bad return experiences, so I’m very disappointed with this purchase overall.

THIS SITE IS A FAKE SITE / Do not buy This website is a scam/ fraud. My son purchased a Comme Des Garçon hoodie, and shipping kept getting delayed. I followed up twice and no one ever responded. Called their listed number and it’s not working. I called the Comme Des Garçon store in NYC and they said that site is a fake and they are currently pursuing legal action against them.
I ordered a pair of Harry Styles white slacks with picture from his album cover used to depict them. What I received was more like a pair of chefs trousers and nothing like the billowing slacks Harry wore. I contacted Pinesmax via email with photos of both versions. I received an apology and a return address with promise of refund on received goods. That was almost a month ago. Nothing, no reply or refund. Apparently they have lived up to their reputation yet again. Stay well away from PINESMAX everybody!!!!!

LIKE MANY OTHERS THE COAT I RECEIVED IT WAS TOO SMALL AND MY ARMS BARELY FIT THROUGH THE SLEEVES. RECEIVED COMMS THAT BECAUSE I DIDNT CONTACT THEM WITHIN 24 HOURS RETURN WASNT POSSIBLE. BULL! I DID CONTACT THEM AND I HAVE PROOF. I THINK THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME TO SOMETHING LIKE AMERICAN JACKETS.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!
WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I tried to return a Fake Liverpool jacket 2 days after receiving it because of poor quality and fit. This was their response. "Please take a measuring tape and put it on the chest of the product and then take a photo so that we can see the issue". - SMH!!After several attempts, he finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay to ship it back to Pakistan ($40). 3 months later still no refund - UGH!!
