When we wanted a uniquely designed wedding ring, communication was straightforward and clear. The ring was created at a very reasonable price, and when it turned out to be slightly tight (due to our measurements, not the jeweller's), they quickly arranged for an alteration to ensure we had it in time for the big day. Highly recommend!
