Outstanding. Why can't more companies have service like this?

I was amazed at how fast someone picked up my support chat. Francis was super helpful and not only solved my problem, but went above and beyond to provide extra tips to ensure i get the best out of my server experience. Francis not only solved my issue, but answered my other questions as well. I was also amazed at how Francis was troubleshoot my issue based on my comments and not just reading from a manuscript.
