What made my experience great was that the really supportive employee named Nicole that calmly and patiently assisted me through setting up the server for two hours straight. Nicole went as far as to modify and verify all the files I had downloaded and identified exactly which mod was preventing the server from running. Without Nicole's assistance my server would have never got running.
