Gets help everytime, no waiting time and easy chatt service.Other hosts I used have just had "tickets" no IRL help. But this one has!Value for Money: It's one of the cheaper and with the "new user" discount it's far more cheaper than other servers! I can not see that is offers less than others.Specific Use Cases: Im not used to run servers (I have but not much) and it's very important to me that it's easy to manage and fast help. And this is CHECK CHECK on both.Other comments:I changed to this host because they hade a good offer and I was ready to try a new one!It's much easy to use and very easy to understand.I have very low skills of manage servers but this went very well!Always had trouble finding the server I created on ARK when I used other hosts but not this one! It properly went up on ARK:s own platform in-game.And the best of all is that they have online help 24/7, and fast!
