Documentation is good but the support staff are super knowledgable and helpful but also incredibly patient. 100% best service I've ever used. Affordable, fast, and real-time support.I’ve rented and tried many game server hosting providers before. I used them for Project Zomboid, DAYZ, Space Engineers, Empyrion, SCUM, and more. Some of them aren’t cheap and some are, but the performance is often disappointing—especially when the player count gets high. I mistakenly entered a non-existent email for my credentials and proceeded to rent the server. The next day, I couldn’t log in—my login credentials were incorrect. Good thing PingPlayers has a customer support chat. And here’s the best thing: you’re not talking to a chatbot. A real tech support agent replies to you. A support representative named Francis assisted me immediately. I explained what happened, and in less than 10 minutes, I recovered my account and everything was fixed.No need to wait for emails or slow tickets. They resolve issues immediately. So far, we haven’t experienced any problems with the server. No delays with game updates. Ping/latency for players is very low, and we’re very satisfied with the server performance even with a high volume of players.I finally found the right host for my upcoming game servers.
