Server Issues

I was having issues with getting my server rental for 7 days to die to run and Francis was super understanding and very helpful, he helped guide me through the steps and ensured everything worked. I am very pleased with his support and guidance. I will definitely be renting more servers in the future

SUPER experience

Great interface, very very well priced. Super simple to set up and manage. Documentation is good but the support staff are super knowledgable and helpful but also incredibly patient. 100% best service I've ever used. Highly recommended for fast simple to manage game servers (and they support mods!).

FINALLY FOUND MY HOST

Affordable, fast, and real-time support.I’ve rented and tried many game server hosting providers before. I used them for Project Zomboid, DAYZ, Space Engineers, Empyrion, SCUM, and more. Some of them aren’t cheap and some are, but the performance is often disappointing—especially when the player count gets high. Prices usually scale based on hardware, so if you want speed, you have to pay more. And the worst part about other hosts is the customer support. You have to wait for email replies that may leave your game server offline for a couple of hours, sometimes even a whole day. The worst is that there’s a certain host (N) that doesn’t even have customer support. You’re forced to rely on community chats on Discord, hoping someone helps you, and they even “hostage” your save files so you can’t migrate to another host.Then I discovered PingPlayers through an ad and decided to try it. The rental cost is very affordable, and the performance is much better thanks to generous hardware configurations. My players didn’t experience lag or “can’t connect to server” issues. All save files are readily accessible via FTP so you can transfer them to your own machine anytime.The best part: CUSTOMER SUPPORT is fast and real-time. I mistakenly entered a non-existent email for my credentials and proceeded to rent the server. The next day, I couldn’t log in—my login credentials were incorrect. Good thing PingPlayers has a customer support chat. And here’s the best thing: you’re not talking to a chatbot. A real tech support agent replies to you. A support representative named Francis assisted me immediately. I explained what happened, and in less than 10 minutes, I recovered my account and everything was fixed.No need to wait for emails or slow tickets. They resolve issues immediately. So far, we haven’t experienced any problems with the server. No delays with game updates. Ping/latency for players is very low, and we’re very satisfied with the server performance even with a high volume of players.I finally found the right host for my upcoming game servers. Whether it’s a community server or a profit-driven server, you won’t regret using this game host.Thank you, PingPlayers.
