Fast any easy set up in the first place and when i had to contact customer service a human is available within 1-2mins via live chat offering to try and help, unfortunatly was not able too. But thats because i eventually identified the issue to be on my side of the digital fence. Overall my experience has been good so far and i would recommend.
PingPlayers dedicated servers have been great for our game play of Enshrouded. Very stable and never an issue with spinning it up. Only issue that we've had is related to the password system to block access to others. Otherwise, its been great and we have recommended them to other gamers.
Was having some issues configuring my server, and the people at the customer service area were super helpful and got my issue resolved immediately. Really nice and supportive, very quick responses 24/7. Shoutout to Nicole and the others for the help!
