All I have to do is drop them an email and I get a reply FAST! not waiting on days to find out what you really needed to know.They don't make me feel like a no0b asking all these questions. Francis was very helpful thank you..I'm about to boost my player slot up and spend more money with this company. so that is how I feel.
Pingplayers is such an amazing service amazing response time great customer service great software they use must be made by angels lol but seriously this an amazing company I always talk about them even to people who don't game trying to convert them maybe lol one person in particular was francis he helped me a lot had a small issue and BAM fixed that you again pingplayers and the beautiful staff
The Customer Support is top notch and readily available 24/7. I had great support from Nico Ping Players Operation Leader and he helped me through the server settings. AI support also one of the positive things about Pingplayers. If you unsure of something during the configuration, just ask the build in AI.
The server is a very fair price, it runs flawlessly, it hasn't gone down even once (used for about 25hrs of gameplay so far). I'm very very happy with this service can't recommend it enough at least from my experience with them and the game satisfactory.
