I spoke with Billy Ward who was amazing. He was not pushy and gave me time to think about the lease plan. I took a few weeks and then made a decision to go ahead. He arranged the finance application promptly and this was agreed on the same day. I felt my experience has been handled very professionally.
I've just used Pink Car Leasing as my first venture into vehicle leasing. My main contact was Billy who started the process and was keen on me contacting him if I had any questions. It takes a few weeks before you get your chosen car but all the paperwork from Pink and then the firm financing the lease is sent quickly by email and can be signed electronically. Very quick and efficient. I did have a question on the description of the car I was signing for so I emailed Billy who called me on my phone 3 minutes after and answered my query - very quick!
