Absolutely fantastic service and product!!! Ordered a double bed, with floor standing headboard and mattress at 10.45am got a callback 10minutes later saying bed was being made and will be delivered same day if convenient for me - it was and the bed was delivered at 7pm the same day! Bed looks great and the mattress is very comfortable, they even took the old bed and mattress (which saved me a job) - all done in less than 12hrs at a fantastic price so I'm extremely happy, thank you! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new bed!
I order the mattress witch come next 7dqys but i would like to swap the size. Id paid for the difference for collection now is 10 working days and any email.any answer nothing!! Very bad service and company! I want my money back!
Second review: The headboard and part of my double bed were delivered. The delivery person was very friendly. However, they showed me that only part of my order was provided, leaving me without a complete bed. Now, I have no place to sleep. I've attempted to contact the company, but no one picks up, and I only receive automated responses.
My sleep quality has improved significantly in just a month. The service was incredibly user-friendly, and I had many questions due to a specific vision I wanted. They were very accommodating. Having an ottoman bed allows my wardrobe to have some extra space as I switch out clothes with the seasons. This is truly a deserving business with exceptional products!
