I ordered a sign on the 17th of November, and it still hasn’t arrived. Responses to my emails were generic, and even though we were informed that our sign would begin production last week (three weeks after the order), it is still missing. The sign was intended for a major holiday event, but we've had to rethink our plans. I will not be using this service again.
We just received our sign and couldn’t be happier. I agree with other reviews about the delivery taking longer than expected, but it absolutely did not disappoint once it arrived. It was worth the wait at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
Avoid this service! We ordered three neon signs for different locations as part of our gym installation company. Communication is nonexistent; there's no way to speak to someone on the phone, and emails receive automated responses. All signs arrived nearly a week late and were delivered without the necessary components to turn them on! Stay away from this service!
I was overjoyed to receive my pink neon sign, which is a wonderful life statement piece. It truly stands out, exceeding my initial thoughts, and I couldn’t be happier! I chose the standard tube thickness, and it turned out brighter than I anticipated. To conceal some unsightly sockets and wall damage, we mounted it on a white backboard, which worked perfectly. I was concerned about delivery while away, but the customer service team held it until our return, which was ideal! I would not hesitate to recommend them or order again.
