Absolutely awful experience

I ordered a custom neon sign and paid £30 for express delivery because it was urgently needed for an artist’s European tour. I emailed in advance to confirm the deadline, and was repeatedly reassured it would arrive on time.They missed every single delivery date they promised- first Saturday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and the sign never arrived. The artist left for tour without it, and it’s now completely useless to us.When I asked for a refund, they offered a laughable 10%, which doesn’t even cover the express delivery fee I paid. No accountability, no clear communication, and no respect for the customer.I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility. Poor service, broken promises, and zero customer care.

Avoid this company

I was promised that my sign would be with me in 5-7 days of placing an order. That was a month ago. I emailed on 5 separate occasions to get an update and was told each time that the sign would be with me 'by the end of that week', each time Planet Neon failed to fulfil that promise and they never gave any updates unless I chased them. Only when I asked for a full refund did they manage to deliver it - only for the power bank supplied to be faulty and for the sign to be in the wrong colour. They are now disputing the colours of the rainbow, so it's really been a terrible experience from the start. Don't use them, it's not worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a neon sign with 6-7 working day delivery. One month later, many emails, umpteen apologies with new delivery dates quoted, and I am still waiting. I have asked for my payment to be refunded, but have been offered a part refund or credit note! They claim the sign is in production, hence the refusal to refund. This contradicts the many emails claiming the sign will be with me tomorrow, Tuesday, Saturday, and so on. A truly hideous experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We are obsessed with our new sign. The sign is just incredible and super bright. Made and delivered in time for our shop opening and used as our centre piece. I would love to be back to buy another sign soon

Excellent Communication & Beautiful Neon

Getting a custom neon is scary but PlanetNeon delivered the goods in every way!! A gorgeous piece we needed for an event and it really made a difference to the decor. Thanks Beri for the hard work and great communication!

CON!! Do not use this website - I ordered LED rope light which arrived damaged and they haven't refunded me or replied to emails for 4-5 months. Awful.
