Review Time
Over last two year I have ordered two signs. First one was of poor quality . After a-lot of phone calls and emails they agreed to make a new sign for us. They mentioned they are small business so I wanted to give them another chance so, I ordered one additional sign. Its been six months waiting on delivery. Every-time I ring no one answers the phone. I have left millions of voice mails and sent numerous emails but they keep ignoring and never replied either . EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
LOVE, love, love this sign. Excellent quality, and so easy to design and order on the website. There was some confusion over delivery, but emailed them and they responded straight way, and the issue was soo resolved. Would 100% use this company again, and recommend
Just received a custom made £516 sign from this company and just awful Was supposed to be cut to shape/letters and just not. Would have looked better just on an acrylic board.Large sign cut in half send in two pieces resulting in two drivers/plugs Light tubbing falling out of the grooves Really bad quality in comparison to all my other signs.As it’s custom made they won’t do any thing about it Will have to be binned it’s that bad…!!!!
SCAM!!! For the last two months and a half, we have been trying to fix their unprofessional mistakes - custom neon sign delivered broken AND not complying to the mock up we had agreed upon. They refuse to provide any sort of refund, claiming it's custom and non refundable. They've offered to make a new one but each mock up they email us carries another mistake while our file has all the information necessary for this project.Delays in answer, we need to insist for each response, they pretend they want to "resolve this in the best way" but keep refusing all the solutions we suggest - even for us to return them the broken original neon sign. We ended up returning the sign at our own expenses - 65£. This is the most unprofessional company that exists. If you want something precise and true to your design - beware and run away. They know all the legal tricks to trap you.
