I ordered a neon sign from Planet Neon for my new cafe and the whole experience was smooth.Delivery was quick, the quality is solid, and it looks amazing on the wall. It really brings the place together. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good sign.
I ordered a sign from the website, it was super simple.. had a few queries and the staff were allover me and responded like no other company I have dealt with. The product arrived well packaged and I was not disappointed when I opened the box... Quality was first class and everything supplied meant I could hang it myself within minutes. Can't speak highly enough about them. Will certainly be using their services in future & highly recommend them.
Should of been a 5 to 7 day turn around period. I emailed them after 2 weeks. I had if after 18 days. Mr and mrs neon sign unreadable. Looked awful. Its been stretched to fit to size. Reported it and was not intrested. Will defo not use again as customer services dont care
