The communication is good throughout tracking. They are very competitive with prices. The rug is a little slippy on my tiles so I bought some carpets grips to hold it in place. The rug is of good quality and thickness.

After about a year, several planks failed at the joints, and although inspections were scheduled, they either canceled or did not show up, leading to no further inspections or responses (evidence available). I remained extremely polite, patient, and willing to collaborate for a resolution, but received no feedback (evidence available). I am now pursuing a formal complaint with authorities and considering legal action (evidence available).

Big thanks to the team at the store for assisting us in selecting our new hybrid flooring. We faced challenges with our subfloor and sought professional advice through a phone call. The representative addressed our concerns during the inspection and was eager to guide us in resolving the issue. They helped us choose suitable products, which is often the toughest part. My partner and I are very pleased with the efficient work of their installers. Highly recommend their service, and visiting the warehouse to see the product in person is a must! (It looks much different from the website images.)
Had a very rude encounter at the showroom. The representative was unwilling to check stock availability and insisted I visit their far-off location, hanging up before I could even say goodbye. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If their service is as poor as their customer interaction, I would not recommend them.
Excellent price point, quality, and quick delivery. I'm glad my rug was made in Turkey rather than China and is certified free from child labor. It feels soft and looks perfect, combining contemporary style with classic design elements. I've received many compliments already.
