Late packages, no information given, option to talk to customer service in English but the menu continues in German, when finally someone picked up they said they don't speak english (on the english option line)...just really unprofessional. This happened several times. I used to order fish from a really good place and they sent the fish with planzer. it happened 3 times when they delivered very late (2-3 days later) and i received rotten fish. Unfortunately I stopped buying fish from that place and they ran out of business but nobody held planzer accountable.

It is the third time that they deliver in FRONT OF MY GARAGE door and never come to ring at the main entrance. Result, when I drive out of my garage, I do not know that there is a parcel behind it, the door opens and breaks the parcel and create breakage to my garage door.I have contacted Planzer at many occasions and they refuse to take any liability. We had to press charges against them and I would recommend all the unhappy customers to do the same. This is the only way they will change their way of working. Please do not use them!
Second time a H&M parcel has been delivered by you to the wrong address, both times it was left on the first postbox in my street with numbers 44, 46, 48, exposed to risk of theft, and they haven't bothered to walk 10 m to my house at number 48 ( clearly indicated ) where my parcels are ALWAYS safe when delivered. Absolute laziness or inability to read. I have zero trust in this company, DHL DPD & the postman all deliver every single time perfectly, but not Planzer.
I’m experiencing the same issue many other customers have already raised. Planzer repeatedly leaves parcels in front of my door—even though it’s a busy street and theft is a real risk. I’ve called several times to ask that this not happen, and although customer service said they would review the issue, nothing has changed. I wish I could opt out of having any of my parcels delivered by Planzer in the future.
I order gifts from Amazon, I receive 500 Nespresso capsules for someone else in my village. The package had 2 addresses on it... I call them up and they promise they would come immediately to collect the wrong package and trace the right one, but after 3 calls retelling the same story from scratch nothing happens... The wrong package gets picked up after 4 days in the rain only after yelling at a Planzer driver who was passing by in our street by chance... Of course, still no trace of the right package, which I reordered from Amazon and received it reliably via Swiss Post... Don't ever use this company!
This company's performance is a bad joke. After having failed to deliver a parcel on 5.11.25, they did not return requests to be called back for explanation and after two more attempts to reach them by phone (on a fee-based serviceline) declared that the package is being held at a storage facility due to overload. After a written request they responded that delivery had been rescheduled to 10.11.25. Then another message on 7.11.25 (at 10 pm) announced another 'failed delivery'. I now wonder whether I will actually ever receive the package. Summary: bad joke.
