Review Time
I paid extra to get a package delivered on Thursday before Easter. I got a confirmation message from Planzer that my package would arrive on Thursday. At 4pm they emailed me to say that they couldn't deliver after all and that I would get my package on Tuesday instead! I called Planzer and they PROMISED me they would deliver my package on Saturday already. Nothing arrived on Saturday either! Package did eventually get delivered on Tuesday - not left in a safe place near the front door as per instructions, but crammed into a mailbox that is about 1/3 the size of the package and therefore damaging the package! Absolutely terrible service!
