They consistently leave packages lying on the floor available for anyone to steal despite, no later than yesterday's delivery, having been given specific instructions to place the item in the mailbox. I've already had three packages stolen. This has never happened with the Swiss post.
I live in Switzerland, and I usually order from Amazon in Germany. Many times the packages were delivered by Planzer Packet. But somehow when my address was transmitted from Amazon to Planzer Packet, the house number automatically changed from 11 to 22. Hence each time, the goods could not be delivered due to wrong address, and each time I had to call them to correct the address, then they deliver again. I was told their system has issues, and cannot pick up number 11 (actually, each time I call to ask the reason, each time I was given a different answer. But in short, their system had problem to pick up the right address), hence assigned some random number 22. It seems this company is not willing to invest in changing their system, and rather fail to deliver on an initial try, and then after I call, to deliver again. What a waste of driver's time and energy and delay of delivery!
I received an email with a photo of my parcel stating that I had received it in the mail box. I was at home waiting for this, the doorbell was not even rang and immediately after receiving the email I went to the mailbox and the package was not there anymore. There’s a big possibility that the driver just stole the package, as in the 3min between the stated delivery hour and the time I arrived to the mailbox, no one would pass by, open precisely my mailbox and take the package.I contacted immediately Planzer and their response was that it was not their problem and their drivers “are not like that”. Thankfully Amazon dealt with the issue very quickly and will send a new package but I’m completely outraged by the way this matter was dealt with by Planzer.
Unfortunately a really bad experience with a parcel delivery (large item). They dropped it off in front of the main door of the apartment building. I have mobility restrictions and had indicated this with my order, yet, they were very rude and said they cannot help me unless I pay an additional 90CHF (for putting it into the elevator and moving it into my apartment). Luckily a kind person passed by on the street and helped me instead. It was a matter of 2 minutes.
Currently a week late with shipping. My tracking number still shows up as non-existent even though IKEA handed them the parcel a whole week ago.Apparently they have some sort of IT issue, but they haven't been able to resolve it in an entire week. Pure incompetence.....When you think of the worst deliver company, you think of Fedex. Well, Planzer is two times worse! They ALWAYS have some sort of issue.
Pflanzer just suuuuuuck! They refuse to give any indication when they will deliver, though you can pay CHF10 extra for a morning delivery or CHF 20 for an evening delivery, so you are basically stuck waiting for them to turn up at their convenience. There is always an issue, a hidden charge, a little twist that will ruin your day. In most cases, the Post will get your package to you at a predictable time somewhere between 10 and 11 in the morning for far less money, so why do companies insist on using these useless XXXXXXX?And the ineptitude continues. My delivery didn't go out today, either, and none of the notes from a telephone call I had with their customer service team were recorded or acted on. I also caught them in several lies to cover their pathetic failure. An unbelievably awful experience.In response to the nonsense below, I've been in contact with these idiots all day. They keep lying to me, keep wasting my time, keep giving me the run around, keep gaslighting.
by far the worst delivery service company in Switzerland. the customer executive lied to my face that she has a picture that my parcel has been deposited in the mailbox whereas it was probably left on the street without ringing the doorbell or even sending an email. thanks to amazon that I recieved a refund but this comany Planzer is just pathetic. Also it is incredible to see such horrible services in an efficient country like Switzerland.
The package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday (23.04) but it didn't come. Today, the delivery date still shows yesterday. It's 9pm and the package is nowhere to be seen, with delivery date for yesterday. What a joke of a company.
