Absolutely amazing accommodation and all round experience. Idyllic place with sheep for neighbours and a sauna with views that can't be beaten!The golf buggys are super fun too. We only visited the hotel restaurant once and the food was delicious. .highly recommend a stay in the shepherd's hut, 10/10 and worth every penny!
I passed through with my mother and our 3 dogs and I’m so pleased I chose to stay here. The staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. And the advice to walk the dogs at the slate mine and lake was absolutely brilliant. We really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
We absolutely loved our one-night stay in the hotel part of Plas Weunydd. The location was perfect for us to go out and explore Snowdonia. The room was clean and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and kind. Comfy bed, great shower, and delicious hash browns at breakfast! We also had a lovely dinner outside with views of the peaks. We booked via the hotel website and found we had a better price by doing so.
Fantastic location and hotel. We were very well looked after (especially with a group of 48 A Level geography students and 8 staff!). The rooms were excellent and the food was super. All the students were very happy with their stay. Thank you so much!
Although our experience was limited due to the thunder storm and persistent rain but the team at Plas Weunydd made their best efforts to keep our family entertained. They provided us with the Pizza oven and all the ingredients for kids to make their own pizza (we got this as part of our booking but forgot to claim it) however the team still honoured it and send us the full pack. The glamping sites was on a hill so they provided us with pick and drop to the car park in their 4x4 trucks which was very nice. Overall, it would have been an ideal vacation if it wasn't raining, since the views are amazing. Giving 5 stars as the tents are fully equipped and their team is very friendly and helpful.
From making the booking staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with all my enquiries via email From the minute we arrived to the time we checked out all the staff were amazing so friendly. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were lovely The hotel was very dog friendly , such a beautiful location food was beautiful Honestly couldn’t fault it, we would definitely come back and be recommend to everyone. We staying in the Glamping tents for a 40th birthday as a family with our two dogs. We were not disappointed we had an incredible time and would highly recommend staying here, we paid for a few extras which were all in the room waiting, we dined in the hotel both nights and the food was lovely and staff helpful. The tents themselves have everything you could possibly need they were comfy and a great base for your adventure Thanks again for everything we loved every minute!
