Do NOT buy this device from this company! $69 for the same device you can buy on Temu for $25 and it is shipped from China, not NZ. AND, it does not pluck any hair from anywhere. Plucky does not pluck. They refused to refund me as "obviously the device has been used". Which of course it has, because how else would I discover that it does not do what they said it does so is not fit for purpose. You will also notice that there is nowhere for you to leave a review as they are a total scam!
Just a rubbish AliExpress product repackaged and pretending to be NZ owned. The product cut my face the first time I used it (due to what I expect is a manufacturing fault).. no apology or concern from the “plucky team” at all. They said since I’d used it I couldn’t return it or get a refund I said that wasn’t acceptable and they stopped replying to my emails. Total scam product.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY. ***UPDATE***They have now blocked me on Instagram. Despite the dodgy instructions and the scar on my face they will not refund because it’s been used and I bought it “on sale”. It is always on sale - you will never get a refund.Please please please do not buy this product. The product does not work - the instructions are incomplete - they literally stop mid sentence. It burned my face and left a scab. I have sent photos of my face and the crappy instruction booklet / no response. Despite a 24/7 client service offering I have had no response to my emails. They delete all negative comments on their instagram account. Mine have gone. While there are lots of 5 star reviews on their website, there is not one comment on any of their posts. They wipe everything. I will be forwarding a complaint to the NZCC but I question if they are even in NZ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.
Wish I had found this site before buying! DO NOT BUY, it does not work, as previously said just a spinning wheel that does not work - tweezers much more effective! They also do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee as "the item has been used". Can't find the NZ company linked to the site. I will be seeking a refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act...
I concur with all the other reviews.The product does not work but because my wife tried it, they would not honour their claim of a 30 day money back guarantee.Have sent numerous emails, which they are not responding to nor have they replied to my request for a supervisor to call me.They claim "Our customers happiness is our priority". That is a joke and the product is absolutely useless. DON'T BUY
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Firstly, it doesn't work. Secondly, they will not honour their 30-day Money Back Guarantee. I will be making a report to the ACCC. Updating to add that I raised a claim with PayPal and sent the item back. Waiting for the refund to be processed.
