It didn't work was totally useless in removing hair. Plus they refused to refund because the motor obviously worked but they weren't interested in the fact it didn't do what it was advertised to do which is FALSE ADVERTISING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
A total waste of resources. The advertised ‘60 day money back guarantee’ is meaningless as they do not issue refunds. The product failed to deliver results, leaving my upper lip and chin with the same amount of hair as before. Additionally, it caused skin irritation and left scratches on my face. The support team is unhelpful and seems to be taking advantage of customers. I would advise against trying this.
