Good content and easy to navigate. Searching for courses is easy, and the amount of available content is nothing to scoff at. I like seeing statistics regarding courses I've taken in the form of how much time I've spent on courses in many different categories. Course history is easily accessible, with the ability to leave notes to return to at any point in a course. I'm also a huge fan of allowing users to set the speed of the videos, as different lecturers often have very different paces that I sometimes find hard to follow if they move slowly.
Pluralsight keeps adding great content and features to their website. Downloading training to my iPad allows me to use that time for learning while travelling on a plane. The Apple TV app makes it very convenient to watch the training videos from the comfort of my living room.
Pluralsight helped me to become a better developer in a daily basis, I learn new and cool stuff in my own pace, sometimes for curiosity, some other times because is something related to the project I'm working at that time. I also use it as a reference library and is usually the first place I look for something, not only to find a solution but to understand the problem and how to get to the best solution.I've recommended it to so many people at this time that I lost track of how many new subscribers I evangelized, including companies and a reseller :)
