Hello,
During the past years, I watched many courses online, the old Trainsignal courses are quite nice, generally speaking, but new ones are not as good as old Trainsignal videos, of course, with some exceptions.
In some of them, the instructors just list a few lines and then read some abstract, out-of-context subject matter without caring about the audiences. The general abstract talks are not really tutorials, they just tried to market the new powerful features the products offer, such as Exchange 2010 and 2013 courses. They are awful!
Others are wonderful, such as Implementing Cisco UCS: Installing and Configuring by by Jason Nash is excellent one.
As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope PluralSight can improve the quality control in a big way to raise our reputation in the industry.
I love Pluralsight and their classes are top notch. The problem is that unresolved playback issues are so frustrating that they impede the learning process. HTML5 has buffering issues and Silverlight used to be a functional option. Since Pluralsight recently removed the SIlverlight option I am now stuck having to restart the segments that die in the buffer. For the subscription cost I expect better. Pluralsight is not responding to its users. The buffering issue is a top-ranked thread on the support blog. Should have been resolved by now.
