Review Time
After purchasing I was given no information on delivery time or when I could receive information about a delivery time. The web cite was easy to use and finding a size I needed using the size chart was a big help. The pictures of each item was clear! If this item comes through we will leave another product review.
Stay away. The items looked awesome on the website. They were a 3 dimensional ugly Christmas sweater and pants. I should have known right away it was going to be a bad experience as they never emailed me a receipt. I finally knew the transaction went through when it hit PayPal. No tracking either. When it finally showed up, I had to laugh. It was a sweater with a picture of a 3 D sweater on it. The "matching" pants were also not 3 D as advertised. Really cheap material as well. After about a month of trying to return them, they finally said they could offer me a 10% discount coupon on a future order! LOL...
Just stay away! Don't be fooled by the images on the website.
My story is same as others, bought a shirt that was terrible quality both material and printing. Website says speedy return...they do not honor any returns. They try to give you 30% coupon for next order, say they have to wait to hear from Relevant Authority, there is none, just keep going back and forth. Initiated refund on October 23, 2025, dozens of emails and January 27, 2026 still giving me run around.
The reviews on their site are bogus. They do not make sense. The shirt I received was supposed to be a cotton t-shirt. It was not cotton. I don't know what it was. The printed words on the shirt were pixelated. It was horrible. I waited to post a review until I heard back from my request to return it. They said that due to the cost to return to China, I can "keep" the product and they offer a 10% off on the next order.
Completely unethical scam. The item received was unlike what was advertised in terms of material or quality. It was outright a scam. I wrote them to ask for a refund and they said be patient and then never wrote back. I wrote back again and now nothing. I am mad at myself I did not look at the reviews.
I would give zero stars if I could. This site is a SCAM!! I wish I did my research before ordering. What they advertised is not what I got and they will not refund my money. They offered my 10% off my next purchase and then 20% off. Like I would ever buy from them again. It’s cheap quality but high prices. And they want ME to pay to ship it back without a full refund!!! I think they are just waiting out the 30Days they give you to return an item! Horrible customer service.
