Honestly I don’t tend to write reviews but I had to write 1 for my experience just. Jess at my local branch in Shrewsbury has been an absolute star in helping my and my fiancé book our honeymoon. She’s been so clear with communications, provided her own experiences with the hotels we have been interested with and helped with additional information such as the rooms and transfers. Couldn’t knock the experience and would definitely go thought her to book other trips
Maddy was really helpful and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process so easy. I’ll definitely be using face-to-face service again from now on — such a better experience and now i can not wait for our holiday next year
Great to go in a store after a few years booking on line. I knew where and when I wanted to go and saved a few pounds by going to the shop. The personal service from Lydia was excellent and I would definitely recommend the Stafford store when looking to book a holiday! We will use the store in future too.
Maddy is brilliant with all the answers we have whenever booking another holiday with polka dot stafford. All the girls are so friendly its like sitting with a friend when looking to find the right holiday . They show you everything and explain everything you need to know , also inspire you to try different places .
As always when we have booked a holiday through Polka Dot Travel, they make you feel so welcome and that nothing is too much trouble for them. We have just booked a cruise in 2027 having seen it in the window previously. It was not too much trouble for Donna Jones to research the different cabin types as well as the different options available so that we could study them before making a final decision. When I went in to book it earlier today, the office was busy with people waiting. I didn't have long to wait before being seen by Tara Griffin who made the booking for us as well as showing and explaining what to expect over the following months. She took time to show us the cabin types and explained what were the better options before making a decision. Really pleased with the service given by the Longton office. Thank you.
