A friend of mine had recommended Polka Dot Travel in Rhyl, Denbighshire, instead of spending ages, getting stressed looking for a holiday. I have to say straight away, absolutely brilliant. I phoned and spoke to Jaqueline and within a couple of hours, she had already sent me a couple of choices, with the promise of more to follow. I felt her response as front of house for the travel agency was spot on. Polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Straight away, one of the first holidays was a winner, it suited what I was looking for. Not only that, the price, I felt was really competitive. I booked straight away, paying a deposit, and had confirmation by email almost immediately. A big thank you to Jaqueline for her help, and a definite yes, if you are looking for a holiday I would highly recommend contacting Polka Dot Travel. I just wished I'd made that first contact years ago, it would have saved me loads of time and stress.

We added our Call Centre to our portfolio in 2022, our customers wanted to opportunity to book or speak to us out of 'normal hours' we are now able to provide customer support 7 x days a week until 8pm at night during the week and 6pm on the weekends.
