POPAI seems to be another one of those companies whose business model is to get a hold of your CC and then start charges while simultaneously ignoring attempts to cancel account during trial period. POPAI Customer Service does NOT respond to emails but POPAI billing department will keep attempting to charge your card. A good reason to use reloadable CC for online transactions and not go through the hassle of trying to get refunds (as some other reviewers here are experiencing). Oct 12, 2025. Got another email saying "dear valued customer, make sure you cancel ... blah blah ... otherwise we may charge you. THIS COMPANY IS WORSE THAN A VIRUS! CAN'T SHAKE THEM OFF! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND IT WILL TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET THEM TO STOP.
This is the most user un-friendly, useless website and app I have ever used, even with the pro paid version. Free Chatgpt version is much more useful and can get more done then this utter rubbish. They steal ur money for no reason, don't deliver half of the things they claim they do. And when u pay basic subscription for things expecting to receive the service promised, they ask u to upgrade. Why pay for things I get for free on chatgpt?
I have been completely scammed and they stole almost 100$ from me. They promised a 7 day free trial. When I cancelled the pricing on my phone, I still received a notification on my email that free trial is ending soon.When I showed them my screenshot from phone the day before expiration they completely ignored it, ripped me off and wouldn’t refund. Afterwards they’ve completely ignoring my emails. Is it possible to sue?Absolute scam. Also, the product is not even good. Powerpoints that are generated are trash.
They do not give you the ability to cancel. Despite multiple prior attempts to unsubscribe and their assurance that an unsubscribe button is available, I have found no such option in my account settings or email correspondence. This lack of transparency and failure to honor a cancellation request is unacceptable and may violate consumer protection laws.

The tool (at least Pro version) does not support customizable powerpoint themes. They seem to have only one theme which they keep on using (I tried free version and pro version and generated 3 presentations. All were generated with the same theme). If I cannot customize the presentation the way I want, what is the use of this tool. As it happens, the company did not declare this before accepting money from me. I have asked for refund if the tool cannot support customizations, let us see.
