Customer Service team basically said "there's nothing we can do" when I told them I was falsely charged $100 from their site (I never used it after trying the trial run). Then, they ignored me. I would give this negative stars, if possible. Product wasn't very good either.
I’m very disappointed with my experience on PopAi (popai.pro). I started a free trial that is supposed to end on November 2, 2025, but there is no option to cancel or unsubscribe anywhere on the website. I have sent more than 8 emails to their support team , but there has been no response at all. This feels completely unethical and misleading. A genuine company should always allow customers to manage or cancel subscriptions easily. I’m posting this review to warn others before they get charged unfairly or stuck with hidden billing. Please fix your cancellation process and respect customer rights.
I tried for less than 1 hour and i found that the solution was very poor. The design of the slides generated were bad and not aligned with my request. The solution generated one slide and then the others were very similar in design and only changes in terms of colours. After i noticed that it was not good, i tried to end my trial and i found that this page worked like a scam website, there is not a direct way to end your trial. Then, i reached customer service who only answered after 10 days, of course, they also charged me for an annual subscription even if i do not use and i requested that i did not want it. if someone wants a very unuseful tool, i am happy to share the user so you can use it for free for 1 year. Be careful, i have canceled my credit card because i was told by my bank that it was a scam website.
Overall I want to say that the service really isn't bad and initially customer service was pretty responsive. However after a year I decided I didn't want to renew because it was too expensive and I didn't use everything. I finally figured out how to cancel but they're trying to charge me for this year regardless and then say my subscription will cancel in the following year and I don't want that. I've reached out on every platform they have and they will not respond and I've already canceled through stripe but they continue to try to charge me multiple times a day. At this point I'm considering filing credit fraud charges.
