I subscribed to PopAi's services and was charged $99.9 USD with my authorization but i mailed PopAi and explained that a don't want it's services anymore.I attempted to cancel the renewal by following their instructions, but their platform is extremely confusing and not user-friendly. When I contacted customer support, I did not receive a timely or clear response. Additionally, they do not provide a straightforward way to remove credit card information from the platform, which further raises serious trust issues.I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank to protect my money. I cancelled 20 minutes after enrolling in a free 7 day risk free trial period because the service was terrible. ZERO instructions on how to cancel so thankfully I found the terms and conditions and the instructions said to cancel by emailing them at their email provided. I did this making it clear I wanted to cancel. They provided insane steps and questionnaires to answer which I immediately did. NO confirmation or anything of cancellation once you jump through their hoops, but I was sure it cancelled. Their email even says “if the option disappears you’re either in the wrong account or it’s cancelled.” Ya, that’s the level of scammers we are dealing with. No options to confirm? Sure… just wait till they charge your card. Well, the option wasn’t there anymore so yay! It was cancelled. Nope. Charged me nearly $100 about 7 days later and then refused to reply for days until I finally got a response saying nope no refunds- even though I have email proof of my cancellation as per their TOS. I initiated a chargeback with my bank and it looks like I’m nowhere near the only one who has.
Horrible product. Scam. You have to email them to cancel subscription. and then they don't even cancel it. They send you a questionnaire to fill out and then follow some weird step by step process to cancel. This should be illegal Horrible money grab.
