Reena at Porter Dodson in Sherborne was excellent: as soon as she picked up our file during a protracted sale process, we felt in safe hands. Communication was excellent and we were delighted that Reena regularly picked up the phone to update us on progress rather than simply relying on emails. We felt confident of her attention to detail and of her professionalism in dealing with relevant agencies. On the day of completion, Reena went out of her way to make sure we were fully in the loop at each stage. We would happily recommend.

So much so that I knew exactly who to ask when I went on to sale that house and purchase our dream home.
