Pathetic customer service. There is a human responding to my emails named Aman and frankly they have kept humans to send AI emails which doesn’t makes sense. Their products are completely resellable still they dont accept returns. I knows its their policy bt does it makes sense?? Since its not personalised why cant they accept them back. Dont go for this website.
Plantronics Or poly now is providing a worst after sales services in India. I bought a 23k INR headphones but it is malfunctioned in warranty period. Now the trouble starts. Wrote a email then they told us to courier the product with all the details. Its been 20 days to courier they do not sent me any recieving details or neither sent me product details. Do not know what type of company is this. No ETA only single service center. Please don't buy the product.
