Review Time
Do not buy. Takes ages to deliver. Poorly packed so pan arrived damaged. Placed order around a month ago and still waiting to return for a full refund. Don't be fooled by the fancy website and bold claims.
DO NOT BUY THESE PANS.... They are no not stick. I have tried every way possible to try and make a fried egg but it just sticks no matter what you do.... Hot, warm, lots of oil, less oil... Doesn't matter... It STICKS! I have also repeated the preparation process several times but no difference.
ALSO..... Tried to Contact support via email but no response at all. Please don't make the same mistake as me.
These pans are even worse than the old ones I had. You're lured in with the story that they have the same technology as HexClad, but not with the price, which—according to them—is driven up by top chef Gordon Ramsay's promotion. No anti-stick performance. Everything sticks. At least without using oil or butter. I usually check my purchases through reviews, but not this time. I'll advise people in the Netherlands not to buy these pans either!
Extremely unsatisfactory experience! The pan is much lighter than I anticipated, it does NOT have non-stick properties and cooks very unevenly—the center of a basic omelette burned while the edges were undercooked. Over 60 pounds wasted, thankfully I didn't purchase multiple.
I can't give a single star, but I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I regrettably placed an order and immediately attempted to cancel it since I selected the wrong items. I was within the cancellation period, yet received no response to my emails. The item was shipped the very next day, according to their notification. I've been trying to halt this daily communication. After reading numerous reviews on a review platform, I contacted my bank to stop the payment and initiate a dispute. The tracking information seems fraudulent, and my bank has warned me not to accept the package if it arrives and to return it to sender.
I would give zero stars if possible. I placed my order and was charged on 12/9, but I still haven't received the item. Now, when I check my order, all shipping information has disappeared, and I no longer have a tracking number. I documented everything when I placed the order and reached out to the support team weeks ago, but I haven't received any response.
The pan is extremely disappointing. Everything sticks to it. They mention a 2-month return policy if you're not satisfied, but I reached out to the support team via email as instructed on the site and received no reply. Don't waste your time with these pans from this untrustworthy seller.
This company is a scam. I purchased a knife sharpener during the holiday season, and their website prominently features "60-day money back guarantee" claims. However, I've spent the past week trying to arrange for an unopened return, but there are no return instructions or contact information available on their site, except for an email address that they never respond to.
This is by far the least responsive customer service I've encountered. I've reached out daily to arrange a return for their non-stick pans, which are anything but non-stick. After sending seven emails, I've yet to receive any reply. I'm close to initiating a chargeback. These pans are the worst I've ever used. The quality is very poor, and I want a refund.
