The salesperson did a fantastic job selling me the system, but I later discovered some of the claims weren't entirely accurate. While I appreciate having home ventilation, the $2000 summer vent addition hasn't been as helpful as I expected. The installers left the debris behind, which was unexpected. I was assured that the outside air wouldn't heat up due to insulated ducting, but this turned out to be misleading. The salesperson now says it 'minimizes any heating,' which differs from our initial conversation. Additionally, leaving the summer vent on overnight can increase indoor humidity, as the system lacks a humidity sensor. I intended to reduce humidity and cool my home, but I still rely on my air conditioning often. The airflow is nice, but the summer vent hasn't delivered as promised.

A heated ceiling vent was added to a cold bedroom, making a significant difference in temperature consistency. The noise level from both the fan units and vents has decreased remarkably; I often check the control pad to confirm it's running. Overall, we are very happy with our new system.
