I ordered a battery from Powerland.co.uk two weeks ago, worth £230. I was told it had been delivered but it never arrived. Since then, I have tried contacting customer service multiple times by both phone and email, and I have received absolutely no response.
I am now £230 out of pocket with no product and no support. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing service, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
