Overall, not too bad.

Overall, the prep material is pretty well done. I think the material is fair in preparing one for the exams. I have a huge problem with the Project Management section videos. There is a presenter, Joe Andrada, who talks very inconsistently and his microphone cuts in and out on every video he has done. It is frustrating to the point where you cannot get much from the videos.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. OnDemand training modules are random and readings are just copied from a book I already have, I do not recommend this service. Just because of the customer service experience.FYI PPI will not respond to me even after this crappy reply!. Screw them
