A company with questionable practices...

This company appears greedy and fraudulent. On Christmas Day, I signed up for a seven-day trial for $6.99, but was also charged a $49.99 fee. After requesting a refund, I was initially told it would be reviewed, but then a representative denied it due to their 'Subscription Policy.' Very disappointing behavior from what should be a reputable company. I recommend avoiding them.
