When we arrived, the person letting us know where to park our car was rude. Then when we returnees we waited over an hour and a half to be picked up from the terminal. We would call the office and they would tell us someone was on the way only to have a van pass every 45 minutes that was full. When a van finally arrived with space there were so many angry people it was ridiculous. Only reason we made it on that van was because I called so many times they took my name and made sure the driver had it.

Good Parking If You Are Patient

Pros: covered parking, friendly staff, easy trip to and from the port.Cons: poor signage directing people to the garage, no defined pick-up at port, 30-minute wait for pick-up after getting off the ship.If you are not in a hurry, this is a good company to use. The staff is friendly and the parking is covered. There is no signage letting you know that you found the garage. I turned into a garage and asked the attendant. She said I had the right one. From parked car to cruise terminal took about 45 minutes. The drive is only about 10 minutes. Once I returned from the cruise, it took over 30 minutes for a van to pick me up.

Courteous and efficient drivers. Office needs to better inform customers re location of parking spaces, and where to wait for pick up vans. I drove to the parking garage and was told to go up to the 7th floor, but there were no signs anywhere with your company's name. I went downstairs with all my luggage, only to be told by the parking attendant that the vans pick up customers at the 7th, 8th, or 9th floors.

We have used Premier for years and have…

We have used Premier for years and have been very satisfied. This was the first time we used the new facility. Everything was as expected until we went to pick up our car. We were dropped off at level 7 and told that if our car was on level 8 or 9 we had to walk up (with luggage) or leave one person with the luggage while the other went to get the car. Since my husband is mobility impaired, this was not ideal. In the past the drivers, especially Victor, have always been so concerned and helpful. It was a bit disappointing.

prompt pick up and delivery

We reserved a space well in advance. We were given an address which changed closer to the cruise date. We received e-mail of the new location, plugged it into GPS and they did the rest. Pick us up at our car, dropped us off at the terminal, and after the cruise reversed the service. very prompt and very courteous. I will definitely use them for my next cruise in Miami!
