Building is hard to locate since the number is not visible on the building and even though the number is 250 it is on the corner of SE 2nd Street and SE3rd Ave. which is where I would expect to find 200 SE 3rd Ave. Even though SE 3rd Ave. is one way South, the Premier Parking sign faced East rather than North which would have been much more visible to a driver heading South. The indoor parking was excellent and the vans were ready and waiting to take us to the Port. We did have to wait until the van was crammed full before the driver would leave. The pickup on the return was difficult to get to as the traffic at the Port makes it very difficult for the driver to get a spot to pull into for the pickup. There is no covered area to wait so we got caught in a shower.The price on the internet posting is way below what you actually have to pay. It was actually over $11/day.
There were 6 of us in the van. My 29 year old son was in a wheelchair the logistics of half the party getting dropped off and having to wait for the others was a little frustrating. Price and location was great. Pickup when we got back to the dock was not as clear as it could have been.
