I made a song through this company. I ended up paying extra for the rights to the song. I am now getting charged monthly and I have been emailing back and forth with them and they claim they can't find any active subscriptions!! Liars! It's been coming out 3 months now! All I want to do is cancel! Scammers!! Don't use this company!
The software itself is excellent, but the cancellation process has been extremely frustrating. Despite my attempts to cancel and remove my account multiple times, the company continues to try to charge me. This feels very misleading.
Honestly, my experience has been very positive. Sure, there are occasional glitches, like a repeated or unclear word, but that’s AI for you. I write my own lyrics and choose everything else, and I’d rate the results around 95%. Overall, excellent so far.
It's a nice program, but often a part of the vocals gets distorted or loses words, which is frustrating when the rest of the song is fine. You can't redo it with the same instrumental setup. I hope this gets fixed eventually, but I still enjoy the program. It offers more credits than many other similar sites.
