Love your pretzels

Love your pretzels, it’s your customer service call back thats not good. It’s happened twice and I paid the $12 for free shipping and I don’t need it because I’ve spent enough each time to get the free shipping, but I can’t talk to anyone about it. Plus I wanted individual gems and couldn’t figure out how to do that and again no one called me back.Not sure I want to deal with your product again, sorry to say.

I have not been disappointed

I have not been disappointed! My problem is which ones I like best. I have shared them with my grandchildren and they love them. I don’t think I can ever go back to buying the ones at the grocery stores.

I absolutely love the pretzels

I absolutely love the pretzels! They are just the right size for two and after reheating they taste just like the ones I used to buy, when I lived in NY, from the pretzel lady that came around the neighborhood with a baby carriage full of fresh pretzels to sell. I also like the fact that the salt comes separately because we have to watch our use of salt. I find them yummy even with no salt as long as they are warm. Thank you for a great snack and the great memories it brings back. 💞

I ordered an extra batch of the same…

I ordered an extra batch of the same thing $59 each. I got the extra so I would get free shipping in 2 to 4 business days. It came seven or eight days later I missed a cocktail party. I wanted to bring them to and I texted Pretzels.com About the issue I was having and nobody even ever took the time to get back to me so yeah, I love the pretzels, but the experience I had was not a good one.
